SPA DAY FIZZ ~ there are two kinds of Spa Days - the full-cleanse-healthy version, and the I-need-a-break-personal-indulgence version which is what we’re talking about here. Cap off your Me-Time with this delicious flavor infusion of crisp mint, fresh lime, and earthy cucumber. And vodka. Don’t forget the vodka.

1PT MINT INFUSION...
Infusion Time: 5-6 hours
Ingredients: Long Jing, Lemongrass, Ginger, Peppermint
Contains no sugar, gluten, dairy, GMO, or any artificial additives

MAKING THIS COCKTAIL AT HOME...
Quickly infuse your vodka with this 1pt infusion blend (just like making tea, except with vodka instead of water).  Follow the simple recipe (included) to combine your Mint-infused vodka, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker. Serve up or over ice in any glass you like.  Top with club soda and garnish with mint sprig and cucumber.

INFUSING SPIRITS

1. Combine one (1) 1pt Infusion Blend Packet with 375ml of spirits in any lidded vessel (ours works great!)
2. Leave it to steep for the time listed on the packet
3. Strain the liquid, discard the infusion blend material, and reserve the infused liquid for your cocktails (like this)
   * Infused spirits can be stored indefinitely at room temperature. For best results, use within 4 months.

INFUSING FOR MOCKTAILS

1. Follow the steps above, using cold, filtered water instead of spirit
   * Refrigerate infused water and use or discard within 4 weeks.

MULLING WINE

1. Combine one (1) 1pt Infusion Blend Packet with one (1) standard bottle of wine (750ml) in a saucepan
2. Simmer (do not boil) over low heat for 20-30 mins, following recipe
3. Strain liquid and return to saucepan on lowest heat for serving
